Pattonville School District earned the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s “Total Fleet Excellence Award” for the second consecutive year. The transportation department team obtained a first-time approval score of 94% during the annual inspection of its buses and the district’s score was 100% at the conclusion of the inspection.
Joined by their coaches, family and friends, 19 Pattonville High School student-athletes made a commitment to play a sport at the next level during an event hosted in the main gym on April 21.
The district announced its 2020-2021 Pride of Pattonville winners with surprise visits to the honorees.
The Pride of Pattonville award recognizes staff, parents and volunteers for outstanding service to the district.

Returning board member Jeanne Schottmueller and new board member Brandon R. Wilkes were sworn into office during the April 13 meeting of the Pattonville Board of Education. Immediate past board president Andrea Glenn administered the oath of office. Schottmueller and Wilkes were elected to three-year terms during the April 6 general municipal election.
Pattonville sophomore Elise Banks was chosen to participate in the 86th annual Sophomore Pilgrimage sponsored by the General Federation of Women's Clubs of Missouri (GFWC-MO). A sophomore from each high school in the state is selected by the faculty to attend the event.
She was told by high school principal Dr. Joe Dobrinic about three weeks ago she was the Pattonville High School representative.
“I didn’t know why I was being called down to his office because I knew I didn’t do anything to get in trouble.”
It was actually a meeting to let her know she has done everything right. Selection is based on the student's demonstrated citizenship, scholarship and qualities of courage, service and honor. The student selected must also be scholastically in the top quarter of the sophomore class.
