|Parents invited to learn about spotting signs of substance abuse|
|Wednesday, March 6, 2019|
Would you recognize signs of youth alcohol or drug use in your home? Pattonville High School will host a "Hidden in Plain View" event for all Pattonville parents from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24 in the high school community auditorium.
Participants will learn how to spot warning signs and get tips for talking to their children about drug and alcohol abuse. The evening includes the opportunity to explore an interactive display of a teenager's bedroom containing more than 70 items that could signal that a young person is involved in risky activities.
The evening is presented by Addiction Is Real and is open to all Pattonville parents. For more information, download the event flyer at bit.ly/PHS_hipv19.
