Pattonville Employee Health Clinic

Pattonville's employee health clinic operates year-round, and employees have several locations to choose from, including one on McKelvey Road in Maryland Heights. Employee Assistance Program

Pattonville provides a free employee assistance program called Personal Assistance Services (PAS). PAS provides employees with a wealth of confidential, professional services that can help employees address challenges and strengthen their work and home life. PAS providers include: certified financial counselors, attorneys, elder care managers, child care specialists, certified child development and parenting professionals, organization and time management specialists, retirement coaches, career coaches, tobacco cessation coaches, master's level licensed counselors, registered and licensed dietitians, life coaches, health coaches and more. UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation

Pattonville’s employee insurance carrier, UnitedHealthcare/UMR (UHC/UMR) sponsors the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation, which provides medical grants to help families pay for children’s medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by a commercial health insurance plan as their primary coverage, whether a UHC/UMR insurance plan or other. Qualifying employee and student families in Pattonville can receive up to $5,000 per grant ($10,000 lifetime) to help pay for medical services and equipment, therapy, counseling, surgeries and prescriptions. Funding is provided by contributions from individuals, corporations and UnitedHealth Group employees. Benefits 2021-2022

Open enrollment runs from August 30th - September 10th, 2021. Changes take effect on October 1, 2021. There are no changes to our insurance plans or providers this year. We are pleased to announce there are significant premium reductions for children/dependent coverage, so review the plans carefully. 
 
Every eligible staff member will schedule a meeting with American Fidelity to select a benefits package. In-person and virtual appointments are available.

Note: Pattonville retirees have the option to purchase health insurance, Medicare supplement plans, dental insurance, vision insurance and a life insurance policy with a value of $7,500 or $15,000 based on retirement date.
