PHS students earn food service industry certification

Twenty-one students in Mary Favazza’s Introduction to Culinary Arts class at Pattonville High School completed the ServSafe Food Handler online course and passed the final exam to earn their ServSafe certification. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. Each student is now certified until 2023.

Students earning their certifications were: Qiara Allen, Brian Antoine, Riley Ballard, Price Cole, Jaidyn Cutts, Kaden James, Kristen Jones, Matthew Kliethermes, Steven Mackenberg, Carissa Marshall, Kamille Mingo, Jaden Moore, Kyjuan Morgan, Kadie Murphy, Kaitlyn Musselwhite, Amy Prueitt, Alex Rivera Velasquez, Owen Sandheinrich, Sierra Schuster, Laniya Smith and Allison Talir.
